The following products must be approved in person by customer:

• Used Brick
• Tennessee Crab Orchard (Pattern & Tread)
• Natural Texture Pattern Bluestone
• Irregular Flagging
• Stone Steppers

Returns:

NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES on the following products:

• Natural Stone
• Bagged Cement
• Polymeric Sand
• Non-Stock Items/Special Orders
• Half Priced or Discounted Materials

Store Credit:

• Store credit given on certain stocked items in good re-sellable condition.
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
• Store credits are valid for 1 year from date of return.

Additional Policies:

• We are not responsible for property damage upon delivery.
• No jobsite pickups for returns.
• Special ordered items require a minimum 50% deposit.
